OUR STORY
Finders and Founders
The idea behind Finders and Founders began just after I was let go from my job in Sept of 2023.
The biggest struggle that most job finders have is connecting with the right decision makers to get their foot in the door. I found that 90% of my interviews were coming from people I knew or built a relationship through.
I wanted to find a way to connect job finders in a more meaningful way to decision makers like Founders and so Finders and Founders was born.
The goal is to create a community and network that will decrease the time job seekers to find work by connecting them directly with decision makers.
I also wanted to provide resources that can provide ideas, direction, and tips to make the job search process easier.

Brice has extensive experience in the corporate world, having served as an analyst for Goldman Sachs and has participated in various startup ventures, including co-founding a trading technology company.
He enjoys the start up world and enjoys helping those who have been looking for work to find their next role with a start-up or growth company.
He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and two kids. He enjoys reading books on habits, hiking, snowboarding, and has a passion for cooking.
